I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel, and I cannot speak highly enough about the incredible experience my husband and I had. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I would especially like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Mido, Misla, and Martina. Their professionalism, warm hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out. They were always available, ensuring all our needs were met with genuine care and efficiency. The hotel itself is stunning, with an amazing location and breathtaking views to duomo that made every moment feel special. Our room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast experience was another highlight. It was served in a truly professional and delightful manner, with an incredible selection of dishes that catered to every preference. The food was fresh, delicious, and presented beautifully, making it the perfect way to start the day. Every aspect of our stay reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellence, from the impeccable service to the serene atmosphere. Whether it was the little touches in the room, the friendly conversations with the staff, or the efficient handling of our requests, everything exceeded our expectations. Fantastic location, in the centre of Milan close to all the sights and shopping. Immaculate rooms recently renovated. Balcony overlooking Duomo cathedral had a stunning view. Double room was outstanding also. Beds so so comfortable and got a chocolate on pillow in a beautiful box at night. Plenty of storage space. Daily cleaning. Individual code for room so handy so we didn’t have to remember room keys. Room service was prompt and delicious. Mini bar in room included excellent wine. Coffee machine in room. The staff really made our holiday. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful-the team at Reception, breakfast, cleaners, security staff, restaurant (Terrazza Duomo 21). They couldn’t do enough to help and any request was attended to immediately. Strong branded umbrellas available, which were so useful in the rainy weather. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great choice of fresh items laid out with a view of the Duomo in the background and also a menu to order from. The hot breakfast items were beautifully presented and so tasty. Breakfast room itself has fabulous lights and overlooks the famous Galleria Vittorio Emanuele shopping centre; it even has a balcony off the breakfast room in the shopping centre, which was simply stunning. Overall an exceptional hotel in such a central location with the most helpful staff.
